本中心共20位研究人員分為四個學門、3位研究技師、1位研究助理(博士級)，四個學門分別為海洋生物多樣性與生態系學門 (Division of Marine Biodiversity and Ecosystems)、陸域生物多樣性與生態系學門 (Division of Terrestrial Biodiversity and Ecosystems)、演化遺傳與基因體學門 (Division of Evolutionary Genetics and Genomics)、微生物多樣性與生物資訊學門 (Division of Microbial Diversity and Bioinformatics)。
