- 果蠅的種化遺傳基礎
找出物種間生殖隔離的遺傳基礎是了解物種適應和分化的重要關鍵。本研究室主要以果蠅為模式,研究物種如何分化及其驅動力。我們找到脂肪酸去飽和酶F基因是決定果蠅性別間和種間辨識很有關的雙烯類費洛蒙分化的重要基因。應用遺傳學和基因體學的方法,我們期望找到更多造成近緣種間生殖隔離的基因並進而了解這些種化基因的分子特性。
