專長:真菌學,植物真菌互動,植物及土壤微生物相,真菌系統分類,微生物生態學
真菌無所不在,在自然界中不但演化出極高的多樣性,也扮演多樣且重要的生態角色。其中,真菌與植物的共生關係(例如菌根菌、內生真菌)一直是我研究的核心。我的研究主題主要針對植物共生真菌的三個面向:1)群聚生態學,2)演化生物學,3)真菌-植物互動關係。我使用不同的研究工具,從野外觀察,顯微鏡技術,乃至於使用各種omics技術,以瞭解不同植物中真菌在森林或農田中的多樣性及功能。
