We are a group of microbiologists and biochemists studying the metabolic diversity of anaerobes and extremophiles.

Our current research topics include:

1. Sex steroids-mediated microbes-hosts interactions;
2. Biodegradation of major endocrine disruptors;
3. Ecophysiology of extremophiles inhabiting acidic and alkaline hot springs.
