Research field is aquatic microbiology, and studying habitats are coral reefs, open water and lakes. Our main research focuses are dynamics of microbial community in corals, coral-its symbiotic bacteria interactions, development of coral probiotics and assistance of coral restoration, and interactive relationships between microbial community and important chemical elements cycles.
