研究方向

  • 1.葉綠素的生態作用
    土壤中三種腐殖質會影響葉綠素分解酵素a和b的活性。土壤中的腐殖質可能會加速生態系中凋落物的葉綠素降解速度,且葉綠素a和b的分解是經由不同的酵素作用。
  • 2.葉綠素和衛星遙感之關係
    含有植醇鏈的色素比無植醇鏈者對NDVI之貢獻較大;極性小的類胡蘿蔔素較極性大的對NDVI之貢獻較大。葉綠素與類胡蘿蔔素之生合成與崩解代謝物中,位於葉綠體類囊膜上極性較小的色素對衛星遙測NDVI之相關性較高且貢獻較大;而分佈於基質(Stroma)之水溶性較大之色素,其對衛星遙測NDVI之相關性較低且貢獻較小。
  • 3. 蟲癭生理生態
    紅楠葉片上不同生長時期的蟲癭組織,其葉綠體類囊膜上的色素蛋白複合體有所缺失,葉綠素螢光和反射光譜結果顯示,造癭昆蟲會造成蟲癭組織的光合效率下降,此外葉綠素螢光參數Fv / Fm和反射光譜指數間具有良好的顯著關係,我們可以利用反射光譜和葉綠素螢光來進行蟲癭的生態生理研究。
